According to the Committee's decision, this bill has been supplemented with essential customs mechanisms, including the accounting procedures for marketplaces, conditions for providing financial guarantees (equivalent to 100,000 euros), and rules for declaration. A transitional period is also included: during the first year of the system's operation, administrative liability for unintentional mistakes in VAT payment will not be enforced.
The bill will facilitate the technical implementation of the new model by:

- Establishing data exchange between marketplaces, carriers, and customs;
