Ukraine Facility: Рада ЄС схвалила виплату 2,8 мільярда євро для України
On May 28, the Council of the EU made a decision to allocate nearly €2.8 billion to Ukraine under the Ukraine Facility program. The European Commission positively evaluated the progress of Ukraine’s Plan for the fourth quarter of 2025, according to Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
### Reminder
The Ukraine Facility is a crucial financial support tool for Ukraine. Since its inception in 2024, the Ukraine Facility program has provided a total of €26.8 billion. The overall budget for the program from 2024 to 2027 is set at €50 billion.
According to the Ministry of Finance, in December 2025, Ukraine’s state budget received €2.3 billion from the European Union as part of the Ukraine Facility financial instrument. This included €2.1 billion in loan funds and €200 million in grants.
